Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. 

If the package is a returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If you refuse any shipments from Shop Plus Center, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post office. Shop Plus Center does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.

We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 7 to 28 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.

The majority of all orders arrive between 7 to 28 business days, but is very rare instances, please allow up to 28 Days.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take one business day to process your order. The delivery timeframe is just an estimate and Doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

**Some products might be shipped out separately and arrive on different time because we have a warehouse from different locations. **

Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.

The depending volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice is the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding.

Changes Request

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it, unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.

Duties & Taxes

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
